Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions By booking classes with Helping Your Kids Learn Spanish, you agree to the following terms: 1. Free Trial Each student may receive only one complimentary trial class during their enrollment with Helping Your Kids Learn Spanish. 2. Scheduling & Attendance • Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Changes requested less than 24 hours before class cannot be accommodated. • Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the class. • Students who do not join within 15 minutes without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the lesson cannot be rescheduled. 3. Technology Students are responsible for joining with a stable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and from a quiet learning environment. The camera and microphone must remain on throughout the lesson unless the teacher requests otherwise. 4. Parent Participation Parents are welcome to assist younger children when needed but should allow students to participate independently during class. 5. Respectful Conduct We are committed to providing a safe, positive learning environment. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue lessons without a refund if a student or parent engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or repeatedly disruptive behavior, shares inappropriate content, records lessons without permission, or otherwise interferes with the learning experience. 6. Learning Progress Every student learns at their own pace. While we provide personalized, CEFR-aligned instruction, progress depends on attendance, participation, practice outside of class, and individual learning differences. Therefore, specific results or timelines cannot be guaranteed. 7. Lesson Materials Original lesson materials created by Helping Your Kids Learn Spanish are provided for the student's personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed without written permission. 8. Privacy Student information is used only for educational and administrative purposes and is handled with care. 9. Updates Helping Your Kids Learn Spanish reserves the right to update these Class Policies at any time.
